Responsibilities

  • Create event timelines and run-of-show documents

  • Coordinate vendors and venues

  • Manage event logistics

  • Troubleshoot on event day

Ideal Candidate Profile

  • Highly organized and detail-oriented

  • Strong project management and logistics skills

  • Calm under pressure and adaptable when plans change

  • Experience coordinating events, productions, or large projects preferred

  • Strong leadership and problem-solving abilities

  • Comfortable managing multiple moving pieces simultaneously
